Secondary Teacher: Must have passed the teacher eligibility test conducted by the Central or Bihar Government. (iii) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. 5% relaxation will be given in the minimum marks for ScheduledCaste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Backward Class/ Extremely Backward Class and Disabled. (iv) Before the implementation of the National Teacher Education Council Act, B.Ed. from a recognized teacher training institute. Or after the implementation of the Act, B.Ed. from a training institute recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. degree. (v) Candidates having graduate standing/ equivalent qualification will be given surcharge for appointment in the relevant subject. For creation of permanent post in the school, Alim and Shastri subjects including graduation in the subjects mentioned in clause 2.2 and 2.3 of Resolution No. 1355 will be considered as equivalent qualification.
