- Qualification: Must be a graduate from any recognized University and; (b) One one-year diploma Course in computer from I.T.I. or any equivalent recognized Board/ University.

- Age Limit: 21-30 years
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST, OBC; 10 years for Women
