Agniveer General Duty (All Arms): 10th Pass
Agniveer Technical (All Arms): Passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with 50% marks and 40% marks in each subject is mandatory. Passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subjects from any recognized board including NIOS and minimum one year ITI course in NSQF level 4 or more in related field is mandatory. 10th/ Matriculation examination with 50% marks and 40% marks in English, Mathematics and Science with 2 years technical training from recognized ITI or 2/3 years Diploma in Polytechnic from recognized ITI.

Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) Chhavi Pass: 8th class pass (2) 33 percent in each subject
Agniveer General Duty (Women) in Military Police: It is mandatory to pass 10th/ Matriculation examination with 45 percent marks and 33 percent in each subject, if there is a grading system, it is mandatory to pass D grade in each subject and C2 grade with 45 percent.
