Qualification
- Scientist – VI: Ph.D./equivalent degree in Engineering/post-graduate or equivalent, with original high-quality research work as evidenced by publications in related fields in reputed journals & patents and with 12 years of post-qualification experience in related fields.
- Scientist – IV: 1st class M.Sc. or equivalent with at least nine years of research experience or Ph.D. with at least five years of research experience in the relevant subject. Desirable: Research experience in the relevant field. The research experience should be evident from publications in the above fields in reputed journals.
- Technical Assistant: Matriculation with science plus 2 years full-time diploma in MLT with 3 years experience after MET; OR B.Sc with 1-year experience; OR years Diploma in Engineering Technology or Matric with ITI Certificate in respective trade
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board or University
Salary Details
- Scientist – VI: Rs.1,31,100 – 2,16,600/-Per Month
- Scientist – IV: Rs.78,800 – 2,09,200/-Per Month
- Technical Assistant: Rs.29,200 – 92,300/-Per Month
- Multi Tasking Staff: Rs.18,000-56,900/-Per Month
Age Limit
- Scientist – VI: 55 years
- Scientist – IV: 45 years
- Technical Assistant: 25 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff: 25 years
