- Professor: Ph.D. in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline with minimum 10 years teaching / research / extension education experience.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline with minimum 08 years teaching / research / education experience.
- Senior Scientist & Head: Doctoral Degree in relevant subject with 08 years experience in the relevant subject

- Dean: Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/-Per Month
- Director: Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/-Per Month
- Professor: Rs. 9,000/-Per Month
- Associate Professor: Ase per norms
- Senior Scientist & Head: Rs. 5,400 – 8,000/-Per Month
